ramani Sandy Soto teaches a soulful yet mindfully-paced Vinyasa-style yoga class which may include music, Sanskrit mantras, meditation, pranayama, introspection, self-inquiry, and inspirational sharing. Vinyasa yoga is simply the coordination of the breath with the transitions from one yoga posture to another, regardless of the pace. She combines the physical with the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga to address the whole person and cultivate integration of the entire being.
