MEDITATION INSTRUCTION | MEDITATION FOR KIDS MEDIATION FOR KIDS Sensational Meditations are easy yet powerfully effective five-senses based meditations that children ages 7 and up can learn to apply in their daily lives. They engage the imagination and are as simple as closing the eyes and imagining a cloud, noticing physical sensations and emotions, or listening to sounds. Sensational Mediations cultivate calmness, awareness, self-soothing, higher self-esteem, improved focus and attention, better relationships, and overall health in children. Sandy has used these meditations effectively with adults as well with great results. Activities include fun activities, engaging meditation instruction, integration, and art projects. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend. They will learn how to help their children work with these meditations. This is usually taught as a workshop. |
