YOGA INSTRUCTION

Sramani Sandy Soto teaches a flowing, moving meditation that builds a fire deep in the core and melts into relaxation, revitalization, and deeper self-awareness. She encourages her students to tune into themselves, listen to their internal wisdom, and practice their own personal yoga. Sandy mixes into her classes a bit of personal wisdom, music, mantras, philosophy, meditation, self-inquiry, and conscious living.

Sandy teaches group, semi private, provate classes, corporate classes and workshops, and classes "en Español!"

VINYASA YOGA Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes the transitions between asanas, or yoga poses, with the breath. The poses flow from one to the other in a smooth sequence with the inhalation and the exhalation, and can vary in intensity from meditative to vigorous.

Core Strength Vinyasa focuses on connecting to the innermost core, building inner strength and evoking whole-body transformation. Each signature Core Pose builds from ground to center to expression, working the body from the inside out in the energetic waves.
